  • Intent and vibrant, yet elegantly smooth with flavors that are focused and balanced, this round, harmonious medium bodied wine has plenty of black cherries and ripe plums leading the way with chocolate-sprinkled cappuccino, anisette, cassis, walnuts, and white pepper trailing in the wake. A long, smooth finish with traces of toasted oak and soft tannins makes this wine a joy to spend the evening with! (Of course, Cab Savs love all red meats, but try with a Salmon filet!)
